Tony is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. His focus is on building strength and increasing mobility through basic fundamental exercises. By focusing on the four concepts of sleep, nutrition/hydration, stress control, and exercise, he can lead clients to achieve aesthetic, performance, and/or longevity improving goals. With over five years experience as a trainer, he has trained all ages and body types.
